Very happy with the staff there.
It’s a pleasant stay. Staff there are really helpful and nice. Room are small and pretty old but clean. Hot water in the bathroom is slow and not sufficient for 3 to shower. Bed is too soft cos quality is low. Can’t expect much for the price in this ximengding locations.
Should upgrade the rooms.

The room is too small, but the bathroom is large. The location is great. The room is clean. All needed for the living is there. With the exception of space. But if you prefer to live on the bed, it is great and spacious.

Disaster
Cheap cause budget.
Gotten a family room with window view but seems to be vacant for a few months and therefore the bedsheets and blankets are dusty causing itchness for the first night. No bed frames and only mattress on the floor causing difficulty in getting up the bed especially for elderly. Moreover, Lobby door was not closed and smokes came up all the way to our room. It was actually located at the top level! Aircon has mouldy smell and it was in a different speed mode despite never adjust anything during sleep. The rooms corridor was very run down and dark plus the so, called "cleaner room" is actually cover with a curtain located right at the corner of the staircase which is facing right outside my room and could heard movements of the cleaner during night with smoking smell could pass through the door gap. Lazy cleaners are relaxing at the ground floor despite asking for a thermal flask which needs a while to receive it. The clothes holder in toilet is dangling halfway despite reminded them to service on the first night but nothing had been done.

Its really near the metro station and party bar area which...
Its really near the metro station and party bar area which is great if you don’t mind lgbt people , but if you do like lgbt community you gonna have a blast
The sound of bathroom was a bit loud if turn it on with the lights and you could hear the people from next rooms but beside that everything was fine :)
